- Exact shade matching
- Identical fragrance throw in all conditions
- Same burn time for all environments
- Medical, spiritual, or energy healing outcomes

7. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
7.1 Pricing Structure

10. RETURN & REFUND TERMS
Returns and refunds are governed exclusively under our Return & Refund Policy, which requires mandatory 10-minute unboxing video evidence.
Plain candles, taper candles, pillar candles, ritual/spell candles, and non-container candles are non-refundable unless wrong item sent.
Custom & personalized designs follow special rules.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials on our digital properties including:
- Product photos
- Designs
- Videos
- Training material
- Website content
- Branding & logo
- Labels & packaging
- Fragrance names & blends
are exclusive intellectual property owned by Cennedy Candle Works Private Limited and protected under:

Unauthorized copying, AI training, scraping, or duplicating will lead to legal action, damages, and permanent blacklist.
12. PROHIBITED USER ACTIVITIES

- Submit fake refund claims
- Manipulate or edit unboxing videos
- Use abusive or threatening language
- Attempt chargeback fraud

No refund applies once banned.
